Trade name: Nalvkor Phone number: +33130332000 Email: sales@nalvkor.store Physical address: Chemin De La Ruelle, 78270 Rolleboise, France Effective Date: September 2026

These Terms of Sale govern all purchase contracts concluded between Nalvkor and its customers. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Sale, together with our Shipping Policy, Legal Disclaimer, Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy. These terms are subject to French Consumer Code, LCEN and applicable European Union consumer protection rules.

Article 1 – Parties to the contract

The seller is Nalvkor, whose contact details are stated above. The customer is any natural or legal person placing an order for products offered for sale on the Nalvkor website. The customer declares to be at least 18 years old or to hold parental authorisation to place the order.

Article 2 – Product information

Our product descriptions, photographs, technical specifications and prices are presented on the product pages. Product photos are non‑contractual illustrations. Minor differences in colour, dimension or finish may exist between the online image and the delivered item and shall not constitute a product defect. Nalvkor reserves the right to modify product specifications at any time, provided that the essential characteristics of the ordered article are preserved.

Article 3 – Prices

All prices displayed on the website are indicated in Euro (EUR), including applicable VAT, excluding delivery costs. Delivery fees are calculated and clearly shown to the customer at checkout before order validation. Nalvkor reserves the right to modify its selling prices at any time. Only the price displayed at the moment of order validation is binding for that transaction. If an obvious pricing error appears on the website, Nalvkor has the right to cancel the order, even after automatic confirmation email is sent, and will fully refund the customer.

Article 4 – Order process and contract formation

The customer selects products, adds them to the shopping cart, fills in delivery and billing information, selects a delivery method and proceeds to payment. The order is definitively registered once payment has been successfully validated. An automatic confirmation email summarising your order will be sent to your provided email address. This confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of the contract; the contract is concluded when Nalvkor dispatches your parcel. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including stock shortage, incorrect delivery information, suspected fraud or previous unpaid disputes. In such case the customer will be fully reimbursed without delay.

Article 5 – Payment

Accepted payment methods are displayed on the checkout page. Payment must be completed at the time of order submission. By validating the payment, the customer authorises the charge of the corresponding amount. The order will not be processed until full payment is received. Nalvkor shall not deliver the products if payment is refused, cancelled or disputed by the payment provider.

Article 6 – Delivery

Delivery conditions, processing times, estimated transit delays, shipping zones and tracking rules are fully described in our Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Sale. Delivery is carried out to the delivery address indicated by the customer during checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide complete and accurate contact and address details. Nalvkor is not liable for delivery failure caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the buyer. Risk of loss and damage to the goods is transferred to the customer upon handover of the parcel to the customer or a designated third party at the delivery address.

Article 7 – Right of withdrawal (Cooling‑off period)

In accordance with French consumer law, you have a 14‑day withdrawal period starting from the day you receive your goods, to return the product without giving any reason. To exercise your withdrawal right, you must send an explicit withdrawal notification to our email: sales@nalvkor.store before the expiry of the 14‑day deadline. You will then receive return instructions. The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, intact and in original packaging. Refund will be processed within 14 calendar days after we receive and inspect the returned goods. Certain categories of goods excluded from the statutory withdrawal right (custom‑made items, sealed goods opened for hygiene reasons etc.) will be clearly notified on the corresponding product page when applicable.

Article 8 – Warranty

All products benefit from the statutory legal conformity warranty under French law (garantie légale de conformité) and warranty against hidden defects. Claims for non‑conformity or hidden defects must be notified to us promptly after discovery of the defect. Following verification, Nalvkor may proceed with product replacement, repair or refund according to applicable rules. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, installation error, negligence, normal wear and tear, external accident or unauthorised modification of the product.

Article 9 – Intellectual property

All brand names, trademarks, logos, texts, images, graphics and content published on the Nalvkor website remain the exclusive intellectual property of Nalvkor. Any reproduction, distribution or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Article 10 – Personal data

Personal data collected during the order process is processed in compliance with RGPD / GDPR. Further details are available in our Privacy Policy. The customer has the right to access, rectify and delete his personal data at any time by contacting our support email.

Article 11 – Force majeure

Nalvkor shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its contractual obligations caused by an event of force majeure beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruption, customs hold, government restrictions and any other unforeseeable event.

Article 12 – Applicable law and dispute resolution

These Terms of Sale are governed by the law of France. In the event of a dispute, the customer shall first contact Nalvkor by email to seek an amicable settlement. According to the rules of online consumer dispute resolution, you also have the possibility to submit the dispute via the European online dispute resolution platform. If amicable resolution fails, competent French courts shall have jurisdiction.
